For the benefit of Hurricane Sandy victims, many of which are still living without power days after the storm, Toyota has announced that they are donating $1 million to the Red Cross. Toyota also said that they will match employees contributions to the Red Cross, or other non-profit organizations that are assisting with hurricane relief.
Chevrolet Performance has paid its loyalty to the original Hot Wheels Custom Camaro toy, forty-four years after its release, at the SEMA 2012. It introduces a LS3 E-ROD Connect and Cruise crate powertrain system that matches the 430-horsepower LS3 engine with a 4L65-E four-speed automatic transmission.
Volkswagen launches a new Herbie-inspired special edition Beetle in Spain called the 53 edition. Just like the original ‘Love Bug’ this car features a white exterior with red and blue racing stripes. Complementing the paint job are the Type One 17-inch wheels, unique badging, and number 53 decals. The very high level of standard equipment that comes with it is what really sets the 53 Edition apart.

The day finally came were Kia and DC Entertainment revealed all five of their Justice League superhero cars at the 2012 SEMA show. These cars were made to support DC’s “We Can Be Heroes” campaign, which tries to fight hunger in Africa. These cars will certainly grab a lot of attention with their characters and styling.

Hurricane Sandy continues to wreck havoc on the eastern seaboard of the U.S. The storm recently has taken the lives of at least 16 people in the states as well as one in Canada, which makes the death toll 67. Not only that but, Sandy has cut power to more than 7 million people and caused massive floods in many states.
Driving laws are made for a reason and for the most part, they seem appropriate. But the 10 laws listed below make you think why they became a law in the first place. Coming from a national scale, these bizarre laws below were actually passed and make you wonder why they are still in place today.

The Ford Mustang is Gone in 60 Seconds, also known as Eleanor, is one of the coolest cars in the whole wide world. Eleanor was created for the film, which explains its movie star swagger.
