For the 2011 Model year, Cadillac will be giving buyers free maintenence up to four-year/50k miles. This includes Oil changes, tire rotation, engine and cabin filters, and multi-point inspections. Cadillac also includes a full year of OnStar, a 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, and a 4 year 50,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty.

Welcome to the NEW Tom’s Foreign Auto Parts website. For whatever reason, I found it necessary to post a screen shot of the site your currently viewing. I guess that just shows how excited we are about this NEW site. We’ve been playing around with our website for years now and could just never get it to where we wanted it to be. We hit a new milestone on eBay recently and reached 25,000 feedback which means we got a new fancy star. eBay’s been pretty good to us over the years. You can see we also get consistently high DSR ratings and maintain Top Seller Status (TRS). We put a lot of work into our customer service as a company. It’s not just one or two employees that make this happen. We get our entire staff involved to make sure all orders are smooth from start to finish.

A new study states that people prefer angry faced cars. The study used a rating called a  “power scale.” The BMW 5 series rated high on the power scale where the cute and cuddly Toyota Prius rated low on the power scale.

The insurance industry has tested smaller cars in head on crashes with bigger cars to test how “extreme” crashes effect drivers in the smaller cars. The cars tested were the Smart Fortwo, Toyota Yaris, and Honda Fit.

Wow a Blast from the past. We found this certificate in a how to sell on eBay book we bought in 2003. I would say this is from 03 or 04. It was a pretty big deal for a salvage yard to have 750 feedback. It’s reminiscent of the easier times on eBay, lower fees, negative feedback for buyers and a system that kick started businesses and lives for a lot of people.
