The Lamborghini Veneno, designed to celebrate Lamborghini’s 50th birthday, is an Aventador LP700-4 spin-off featuring a completely different body and a redesigned interior with the same race car-like feel of the exterior.
The Veneno’s power comes from a massaged version of the Aventador’s 6.5 liter naturally-aspirated V12 rated for 740 hp instead of 700, with the Italians quoting a top speed of 220 mph (354 km/h)
Other than the Geneva Motor prototype shown here, Lamborghini will manufacture three production models, each one finished in a color of the Italian flag (green, white and red) and priced at €3.6 million, which is equivalent to $4.7 million.
