Today is the start of a Rolls-Royce exhibition in the Munich BMW Museum for the first time since it took control of Rolls-Royce and finally settled its scuffles with Volkswagen over the brand in 2003.
The display will celebrate Sir Henry Royce’s 150th birthday, if he were still alive, as well as BMW owning the brand for 10 years. The Rolls-Royce 10EX built in 1926 to demonstrate the “New Phantom’s” performance potential will be included among the 15 cars on display dating from 1907 to 2012.
Other than the cars themselves, there are also other displays meant to showcase the brand’s rich design history. As mentions earlier, the exhibit is being opened today to the public and run through the end of March, 2014.
