The New 911 GT3 and GT3 Cup Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show w/video

With all the excitement, cameras whizzed, zoomed and flashed as Porsche lifted the covers off the two new models for the world to see for the first time at the 83rd Geneva Motor Show: the all-new, 991-based 911 GT3 and its Cup racing edition. As Porsche‘s manager of high performance cars, Andreas Preuninger put it, even though they are fully aware of what they have created, “the reaction of the crowd is always the first test”.

The 911 GT3 certainly won the crowd’s approval, as well as its Cup version. Those ground-hugging looks, 469 hp and a claimed Nordscleife lap of less than 7:30 it certainly wet everyone’s appetite; and we’re betting media offices around the world are currently busy scheduling their comparison tests. If you wanted to see this unveiling and missed it, don’t worry, you can watch the video below to see Porsche‘s creations and what the fuse is about.
