Meet Ed Pol…

Ed currently lives in Torrington CT and works full time at Tom’s Foreign as our e-Commerce customer service rep. Ed graduated from Oliver Wolcott Technical High School in 2000 and studied 4 years of engineering. He also worked for his father’s service station for over 15 years as a mechanic doing general automotive repairs while he studied for a certificate from Northwestern Connecticut Community College for Computer Systems Administration.

Ed started here at Tom’s Foreign in 2007 as a counter guy before taking on the customer service duties of eBay in 2008. With our ever growing internet business, Ed now handles sales for all of the online market places we sell on. Ed enjoys helping people get the correct parts they need to fix their car and gets satisfaction knowing that he helped get their car back on the road. Ed does his best to help every customer and always explains that “There’s no such thing as a stupid question!” He also firmly believes that “Buying a Lifetime Guarantee is a No Brainer!”

Ed’s a gamer and enjoys playing all the latest games in his free time like Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3, and NHL 2012. Ed also enjoys spending time with his Girl Friend and family on the weekends and enjoys the occasional night out with friends.  If you’re looking at parts on eBay or one of the various marketplaces we sell on, then Ed’s the guy you’ll be talking to!
